What do I do if a student’s screen is blank after signing in?

  1. This is likely a result of the student account being inactive. This can be resolved one of two ways:

    • If you have a Tynker for Schools license:

      • Go to the student section of the administrative dashboard, and search for the students name.

      • Check the box to the left of the students name.

      • Click the bulk-action menu in the top-left of the page, and click activate.

    • If you do not have a Tynker for Schools license:

      • Click your avatar in the top left.

      • Click the My Students tab.

      • Search the students name in the Search by Name box.

      • Check the box next to the student name.

      • Click the Bulk Action menu top left and click activate.
