What do I do if a student’s screen is blank after signing in?

This is likely a result of the student account being inactive. This can be resolved one of two ways:
If you have a Tynker for Schools license:
Go to the student section of the administrative dashboard, and search for the students name.
Check the box to the left of the students name.
Click the bulk-action menu in the top-left of the page, and click activate.
If you do not have a Tynker for Schools license:
Click your avatar in the top left.
Click the My Students tab.
Search the students name in the Search by Name box.
Check the box next to the student name.
Click the Bulk Action menu top left and click activate.
